Well, at least it's provoked debate - over 40 pages of it on here - you can't say we don't give things a thorough airing.

My point has always been that Hyndburn is purely an administrative name, it's fine if no one uses it outside of Hyndburn. So now that a decision has been made the council can put their efforts into promoting Accrington, Oswaldtwistle, Great Harwood etc. properly instead of trying to fix something that wasn't the reason why things were broke in the first place!
