I guess growing up where bologna sandwiches/peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were considered fine living, this kind of stuff was a nice change. Definitely was better than the dry dog food and dog bisquits we used to sneak. Okay, it was only me and my youngest brother but you get the picture.
Usual and honest dialogue: Mom, I'm hungry: "have a piece of toast!" I just had one. "Then have a piece of cheese!"
Again, very true story: "Brian, cut this boiled Cow's tongue up and give it to the dogs." I would consume half of that thing (minus the rough topside) on my own!
Just another thread in "The Life of Brian." Boy that'd make a swell movie eh?)
