I think the main point of issue is not alienating existing fans that regularly purchase season ticket holders as well as attracting new support & coffers to the club. I think what Neil has said [from an outsider point of view] has brought up a good question of the fine line line between the 2 - which is very hard to balance anyway but i do think that the club is at least trying to do something for those that cannot afford the full season ticket at once, that is an improvement
Seems the club are making baby steps towards the views of fans & how to improve support & yet in other areas of shop/commercialism ie legends, online shop & sponsorship needs a further tweaking.
