G'day,
I'm Bill Halliwell. I note your enquiry was like two years ago but I thought, what the heck, I'll reply.
I'm almost certainly not the Bill Halliwell you're after because I live in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. But I've lived and worked in the UK and have many mates in the Bolton, Manchester region, well, with a name like Halliwell I'd have to, right?
