In a county like ours, where snow is a given, we plow our streets and our sidewalks (pavements?) so that folks can get around. Whenever it snows the city crews are out with the snowplows making sure that the streets and the sidewalks are safe to drive and to walk on. Winter can be fun; when I came here I learned how to skate and ski. Enjoying winter is a blast .... and what would life be withour hockey!
