i rarely got letters home via kids in last two yrs of school but i did get quartely newsletters and then letters through post on important dates . The sytem worked a treat . much better than it used to when i relied on the kids to bring em home .
Also good thing were if child didnt make registration schools automated service would ring me and keep ringing every hr until i responded..
