Bit late afterwards, though. Stanley regularly hit a flat period in the second half, everybody knows that we're going to let a goal in, then another, but nothing is done till too late.
We know certain players will let him down as soon as the team is announced.
Can't understand why the same mistakes are repeated week after week, and why wait till next year to make changes?
