Got the idea from another forum so thought I would help out with the festivities on here;

First tip : How To Cook A Duck

Preparing and cooking a duck is like making love to a beautiful woman.

You must moisten her skin before going in with a good stuffing. Get things really hot before you start roasting your bird. Sometimes tying the legs together helps.

Baste liberally with your fat & once done, rest for a while to ensure that no juices are lost.
