Mallard how can i make him a brew when hes up in scotland will wait till he comes down.

Cashy im still laughing and hes still aching now ....... i told him he wont be doing that again he said guess who's going to have a go at mending it? something about plasterboard or hardboard. Told him i didnt want to know cos otherwise i'd be worried hed go through again and really hurt himself.

Hes gone to have an argument with the council today. Told him not to lose his temper, just take notes, make sure he got the names of the people he spoke to and then put the complaint in to the ombudsman, seeing as hes now had no heating for 6 months, they can have the complaint in there.
