Willow I thought you had more sense than to ask daft questions . The Thai Govt. will demand his repatriation, two senior officers from the Lancashire police will have to travel out there , after taking four days rest in the sea-side resort of Phucket to get over jet -lag they will provide him with escort back in the event he goes a bit doolally on the plane (just for security reasons you understand ) , they, all three will then be seated in a more secure 'private' section of the British Airways plane , either business or first class to protect his civil rights and his privacy from the tabloid press.
Guess who have to pay for this .......the Lancashire taxpayer
