reading the red elastic bands prompted this,
outside the arndale on the wall used to be a container for yer fags, this was put there when smoking was banned,fair enough, now for some strange reason it has been removed, so everyone still smokes outside, but throws the fagend on the floor, is this not bloody stupid? all people didn,t use it, but i did cos it was there. how the hell do they expect people to be tidy when they do this?
