Accrington Web - View Single Post - why are lots of old threads appearing as new ones?

i am a bit confused - the last post isnt a recent one - yet the dates on the posts throughout the thread (although in order) dont seem to have chronological dates.

is it s glitch ?
or am i missing something ?
