I'm just pointing out that 1. it looks like its all males and not every girl wants to work in that environment and 2. its not a good idea to specify genders in job applications unless there is a better reason than the one your giving.
I.e if it was a carer job you may get away with specifying sex if its intimate personal care for a certain gender of person.
I dont think specifying sex works well with bar jobs though regardless of how many male staff you currently have. I personally wouldn't want to go for a job that specified it wanted a female because the work place has loads of men. I could cope with the number of men even if they were all there at once, but I'm thinking more along the lines of you'd repel certain types of people for specifying that and attract another sort that may not be so favourable...
