The council have just put that 'supporting immigrants' thing there to rile people up and make us blame rising taxes on 'outsiders' rather than the council's own daft money wasting schemes (needless flower pots etc
). That particular insertion could have been worded much more accurately. For instance, they fail to mention 'supporting English dole dossers'.
