Neat streets ----in Church!
Neat Idea For Neighbourhood (from Lancashire Telegraph)
A long overdue tidy up.
When I lived there 6 years ago, and while my house was for sale, I collected a carrier bag of rubbish from the street front every day (in a vain attempt to give the impression that the street was a reasonably nice area  )
