Customer Service for Taxi Drivers

Well, done it again, left something in the back of a taxi .. just a packet of nearly full packet of cigarettes .. however .. still nearly £ 5 monetary wise (no comments from the non-smoking fanatical brigade please).

Over the years I have lost money, umbrellas, mobile phones, lipsticks, perfumes, jewellery, etc., whilst rummaging for my payment in me handbag in the back of taxis. Ok .. maybe sometimes too many bacardis/cokes at times, have led me to be clumsy and forgetful, but distractions are also due to the dim internal lighting, and the way I am chatting to the driver at the same time.

Bet all you lot have lost items at times with no hope of recovery of said named.

Just a suggestion that taxi drivers politely ask you to check before exiting the back seat to make sure you have not dropped anything .. know this would not have cost me my fags tonight. Wonder sometimes if this is a lucrative sideline to them.
