Re: Good gym's

Lots of my friends go to JJB and say very good.
Some go to Hyndburn and say that is very good.
Some go to Crawfords and say that is very good.
Some go to the Dunk and say that is very good.

I'm sure most gyms will give you an introduction to look around before you decide to join, think possible that is the best plan for you. Depends what you want out of it at the end of the day, and do you need extra facilities which some gyms provide ?

I (well just starting to get back now after injury to elbow).. go to Next Generation at Whittle-le-Woods. Not that far actually, only takes me at the most 20 minutes to get there and traffic no problem.

Is expensive .. £51 per month, if you go in restricted hours during the day, then becomes cheaper.. sorry, don't have the current rate.

The facilities are second to none .. outside/inside pool of 1.2 metres .. no deep ends. Of course, well-stocked gym. Usual of steam room/suana/jacuzzi (eeew .. the eye candy ). Lots of free courses in swimming lessons, aerobics, etc. Good social events.
Children's facilities, restaurant with Sky T.V. squash, badmington, tennis courts, etc., AND is extremely clean. Need I go on.. however, agree is a lot of money if you do not require all these activities, but depends how many times you intend going in a week.

Gosh ..wittering again 'aint I. No not on commission with them..
