Ive never had any problems where i am but have noticed the following day that other people have not had it collected (mainly recycling) The only problem ive had is having to chase my box down the street as they just threw it and the only way i could have caught my blue bag was if it had a string attatched (it was a windy day and was around 20' up when i noticed) wouldnt mind but I have a garden and if they'd have chucked it in at least it would have been "contained" for a short while
