Brewer's Fayre don't cook. They just warm up pre prepared food that they have delivered.
My uncle went to one once and asked for an omelette without mushrooms (it was on the menu as containing mushrooms).
The reply was that you'll have to have it with mushrooms, they come prepared with mushrooms in them, we don't make them here.
