You can guarentee the landlord of that pub has made well ob#ver the amount of the fine, purely through smokers that purposely go into that pub just so they can have a fag and a beer in peace. Good on him!!

The government are bullying us into living a life that they want us to, healthy eating, no smoking, they'll probably ban alcohol in pubs next because of social behaviour!

I do not class myself as a criminal, but unless people make a stand- as this chappy has, we are going to be turned into a bunch of clones, eating certain things on certain days etc etc etc.
