When I was at Primary School the History I learned about was the Romans and the Tudors. At Grammar School it was back to the Romans again then, for O level, 1794 to 1914. When Laura's mum started at High School her first History was - the Falklands War and it had only been over about 4 years!

When I was at school, from the third form onwards, you had to choose between History or geography, I didn't like the history teacher
