i dont know anybody but sometimes it is worth asking your neighbour if they need theirs doing too,
then the idea is you get a quote for yours - then phone later and say oo guess what i have another 1/2/3..... neighbours - how much for the lot ?
it usually comes cheaper when you split it (obviously if you got a quote for the lot in the first place they would just bang up the price )
the council used to offer this but i dont think they do anymore ( i was with rossendale at the time) but it might be an option to make it cheaper plus you dont have next door naff guttering affecting yours. i have done it and got about a third off at the time.
