There will be locked glass cases which will be in the lecture room of the library. The lecture room will only be open when there is a volunteer available (so on that note, we need people to do shifts at the library) so they will always be guarded.

Items can be delivered to us on the 14th July when we're setting up, immediately locked into the cases and collected personally immediately after the exhibition closes.

There will be sufficient insurance.

If there are items which really are too precious to put into the exhibition itself, tell us about it and we'll come and photograph it. We can create a montage of photos of items and memories which will look quite effective.
