Those bulky directories must be expensive to produce, are hard to read (small print),
and end up in the white recycling bag --what a waste -- they could be abolished to enable our bills to be cut -- perhaps, like having a reduced charge for direct debit payment, they could have a discount for a 'no paper directory' option.
