I know Mel and plus kids are starting drinking earlier - spug has this problem up there friday and saturday nights he doesnt go to the shop between 7pm and 9pm because kids are outside shouting abuse and asking him to buy booze and fags for them. He says they sort of take umbrage when he says he dont buy booze and fags for children - its the gimme gimme gimme generation. He says they are 13/14 years of age and quite happy to be a nuisance.
