Mine is exactly the same, it seems to have got worse over the last few weeks. I rang them up last week and they came to take samples as the chlorine level has irritated the skin on my face (I look like I've got a chemical burn!) I'm still waiting for the results, but it looks like I'm going to have to install water filters on all the taps & the shower.
Another member of my family rang and complained about the bleach smell & was told that it was because her washer was next to the sink!
