Hi all just been to S/W to get weighed and have put on pound n half ????
last week i lost 4 pound, and ive stuck it all week, apart from fri,sat sun, as i had a minor opp in my mouth, so couldnt each much due to the swelling, so just had soup and bits, so i prob hadnt eaten enough this week ?? who knows, but im realy pi**ed off
