The latest law being pushed on us by European Union is that all cars will have to use lights on our roads 24 hours a day. The Government didn't wanted to impose this new law, but found they had to, one small chink is that this will only apply to new cars. A motoring organisation has said that this will put motorcycle riders at risk when this new law comes in
