I have seen the pictures of this horrific accident and I think they are disgusting. The poor guy must've been in agony after he got over the shock! I felt like being sick after watching the replays. I honestly think Martin Taylor would not have deliverately have gone out of his way to do something like this. At Blackburn he was a quiet lad and I don't remember him ever putting in any malicious challenges (probably why we sold him).

Unlucky for Eduardo and I feel sorry for him and he was just showing his potential at Arsenal too. Doctors these days can do allsorts and work wonders. I thought Cisse would never play again after his 2004 break but he was up and running about 7 or 8 months later.

I am also glad that Arsene Wenger retracted his statement after the game.
