If you want to know what its like driving on a road without lights - go over the highway in the sky and all the lights on the roundabout are going up the hill are off, well it depends sometimes they work and sometimes they dont. A friend of mine reports it everytime theyre off and LCC say its nowt to do with them its United Utilities - and they say there is something wrong with the transformer or something like that and the amount of traffic on the road keeps jolting it and so it wont work...

If you get me the name of the road I will personally get you an update and chase it up. The amount of traffic on the road doesn't have any effect on the load on the Transformer so I find that strange that someone would say that but stranger things have happened at our place. Like I said I am willing to help where possible
