The weather was not going to deter a child in Asda on Thursday Willow.
Sat in the trolley by the frozen food section, he suddenly requests for an ice cream "Not now darling, going to have your tea soon" replies parents. Child responds to this "But I
want one". Parents still slightly calm "Sorry, you can't have one". Then it starts rising to a great crescendo: "I WANT AN ICE CREAM, I WANT AN ICE CREAM" over and over and over. Of course, parents a little aggravated by now threatening with all types of parental control...
Heard him still screaming it three aisles away. Didn't know whether they gave in or not, was thinking of buying him one myself, except that I would not have shoved the cone in his 'gob' if you know what I mean.
Doubt whether this kid would have believed your chime story Slinky.
