maybe they should scrap that idea and increase availability for distance learning - no local colleges offer anything useful through distance learning and those of us who want to learn new skills and need to work full time only have the option of really long drawn out courses on an evening basis
which isnt possible for me to do i am sure that more people would be uptaking some courses if made available as distance learning especially it based ones
