I did a little search on AccyWeb earlier to see how often the turn "silly cow" has been used since it was first mentioned. Below are a few quotes I found that were not in the actual threads on the subject. Beside these I have had the term mentioned not in direct relation to that Councillor in PM's several times from several people.
Does this make Peter rude or a trend setter
