I'd quite happily stand for an elected head of State, and if the people decided by voting, that that person happened to be the Queen, so be it.

I was brought up to respect all people.

Those, who by accident of their birth, should get no more, or less, respect than anyone else, in my opinion.

I’ll go along with that wholeheartedly.

I would just add that all immigrants should swear allegiance to this country and its laws or they don’t get in.
