Quite right Margaret, My daughter work for Revenue and customs for 19 years in the Burnley office, morale is that low and nobody knows whats going on, they are treated with the mushroom concept, feed them bull sh*t and keep them in the dark, I think its information on a need to know basis, and they don't need to know.
