Imagine the travesty of having to PAY for carrier bags, what is the world coming to?
You have to pay a penny a big in the Spar on campus here, and a lot of people seem to use the material bags you can buy. I always forget mine when I go shopping though and have to buy another one
I don't understand alcohol increases and stuff like that, but those teeny increases aren't going to kill me so I think i'll be fine. And I don't smoke.
