I know I said earlier that I'd been spoiled with going on cruises, but two places in the UK I like are Great Yarmouth, and Carlisle, I've been to Yarmouth on a number of occasions, its very nice a bit like Blackpool only clean
I worked in Carlisle back in 1975, and stayed there for around 10 weeks without coming home, the people are great the beers good and there was plenty to do at nights. I have been back on a few occasions since, and caught up with old friends, but its a few years since the last time I made the trip
