As the Transport Manager for Coastlinks Express, I would like to inform all of the passengers who have been using our coastal services, that we are not giving up and are fighting to get Lancashire County Council to make an enhancement to the Concessionary Travel Scheme to enable our services to become eligible. We believe that our services provide a lifeline for senior citizens.
