I appologise for the bad taste, and it isn't taking away anything from the good news about this little girl's return, but...
earlier this evening my friends telephoned from warmer climes, and they'd turned on the television, which showed the street parties in Dewsbury, and they thought they were watching the repeat of Shameless.
