This thread was started to draw people’s attention to how BT fraudulently ‘guide’ new customers into buying a more expensive package than they need and also keeping them there by not informing them if their usage is well below the allowance.

It was also started to point out that complaining gets results.

I was not suggesting that BT was the best ISP out there and I am aware that other ISP’s, on paper, may have a better deal.
