Nor me Margaret .. a pet hate. As far as I am concerned 'tis a criminal offence, offending the local community who have paid their taxes to have a decent environment, and private owners who work hard to keep their property looking decent.
They just 1st class pratts .. and would seriously back jail sentences for this 'artistic cr*p' ..
