I've never taken it either but another friend has and she says it makes her sick for days
doesn't sound very nice.
I went with another friend once to get it from the chemist on campus and they ask you load of questions to make sure you need it, like when your last period was etc to see whether it is realistic that you could be pregnant, which I think is very good, as there a lot of places that just dish it out. Means less money is wasted.
