Very interesting point.

Now as for the Queen's legacy do we really want royalty that have ennough power to leave a legacy?

as it is she has waved her hand, shook other hands, smiled nicely, produced an heir, and above all she has not changed the country's religion, declared war on anyone,caused any major scandals or raised any taxes shes just got on with the job and let everyone else do the dirty work.
Compared with some of her predecessors she has done a marvelous job.
