I've just sold 2 items & I still can't buy more stuff...I've still got 28 items left...how long has this rule been in force?

Never mind, I've just seen the rules (above)...This is typical..there was me yesterday going through the trials and tribulations of the Marathon while meanwhile Roy was changing the rules...what am I going to do with all my dogs surplus gear?
