A man claims to be pregnant (He is a pre-op transgender, but decided to keep his female reproductive organs.) If it is true then the medical system is horrible for discriminating. I wouldn't have a problem with it, if its the only way for them to have a child then why the hell not??
I do feel a bit sorry for the child though if anyone found out when it was older. That would probably lead to serious bullying.
