After you have had a c section you aren't allowed to drive anyway, I think its for 12 weeks, also you aren't supposed to push prams, trolleys, hoovers etc or lift heavy stuff, it's difficult enough having a newborn and having major surgery without some jobsworth telling you where to park. My ex hubby drove us to Asda etc and never parked in disabled bays but used family ones if poss. He had to drive, push trolley etc. I think reasonable allowances should be made, and common sense followed ( as if that's ever gonna happen)
