Check Your Stress!

I got this from Anxiety Management Workshop
Please answer honestly.
Why not have a go...............


Read the list of statements below and tick all those that you consider to be true.
Assess how you feel,generally,though you may wish to place an asterisk beside those
which you feel are true.



01. There are not enough hours in the dayto get things done.
02. I am usuallyworkinng to specific deadlines.
03. I never seem to have time for things.
04. I become very upset if i am late for a appointment.
05. I find it hard to wait paitently for things.
06. I do everything at once rather than one thing at a time.
07. I eat my meals standing up or very quickly.
08. I worry a great deal whether my plans will work out well.
09. I tend to put off important decisions.
10. Once i hav made up my i stick to it.
11. I cannot name 3 people who can make me feel good.
12. I do not mix with anyone who introduce me to new ideas.
13. If there is a crisis,it is uually up to me to sort it out.
14. I frequently have less sleep than i feel i need.
15. I tend to hide my feelings from most people.
16. I would decribe myself a competative and ambitious.
17. I do not relax often and take a break from my responibilities.
18. Once i stop work i find it hard to slow down and switch off.
19. I hold back from going to the lavatory when i want to.
20. When things dont go my way i become angry and upset.
21. Anger is destuctive and should always be restrained.
22. I would like to sleep for a week.
23. I must try to be perfect in all i do.
24. When i am working onn a particular problem i often get a complete blank
and have to stop what im doing.
25. I find it difficult to ay "no" to people.
26. I find it difficult to complain.
27. I smoke/or drinkand/or eat to excess.
28. I do not sleep well most nights.
29. I have nervous habbits like biting my nails/chewing my pen.
30. I am moody.

The higher the score,the higher ur stress levels.
Any score above 8 indicates that you need to work at reducing your stress levels before they start to intrude on your life.
