Last month I went to a customer and she asked for my corgi card, I proceeded to put my shoe covers on whilst she checked the card, she looked on the BACK of the card, where the list of elements is ie gas fires, water heaters etc, she said, of all the people who have worked here lately, you are the first to use shoe covers to protect the carpet! touche', i said, you are the first person EVER to check my card back and front!
