Well, that's it. Jury service over, thank the Lord.

Got selected for another trial today but last week's pattern continued. We waited in our room until 1pm, the defendant then pleaded guilty so no trial.

We were then told that we could go home and that this was the end of our jury service. What a relief and never again......hopefully.

I met some lovely people, one lady in particular who was selected for all the same trials as me and lives in Accy so we travelled to and from court together too. We got on really well and I will miss not seeing her every day but apart from that........Woo hoo!

We got on really well and I will miss not seeing her every day but apart from that........Woo hoo! __________________ Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs, cackling and telling me 'You'll be next.' They stopped when I started doing the same to them at funerals.
