i was referred to the dietician when i was diagnosed with diabetes, this was done through my doctors surgery i now attend what is called healthy lifestyle which is run by the nhs, they are very helpful & have different departments you can attend with a refferal from your dietician, am currantly waiting to go to what is called "waisters"...bit like weight watchers but you don't pay..
..& will also be putting my name down for their excersize regime ...wow if all that works i'll be well happy .
